The day before Christmas…

It’s Christmas eve! I couldn’t be more excited. 

my hyperactive 2 year old has thoroughly enjoyed the run up to Christmas this year, and knowing that this year she’s really old enough to understand We’ve Really thrown   every Christmasy thing we could think of into the mix! It’s just been the best, i love Christmas having a child at Christmas makes it all the more special. 

It’s that time of year again-

So i guess Christmas eve is also the time you reflect on the year you’ve just had. 

2016 has certainly been a rocky one , But it has also been the best in terms of watching my little girl grow into the little cheeky monkey currently singing “mummy and dad” at the top of her voice. I love her to the moon and back, i just can’t wait to see what she gets up to next. 

2016 is also the year I will remember for taking my yarn dyeing class, meeting new friends in the crafting world and finally getting up the courage to write down my pattern designs/share them with others. 

Knitting is my passion, and I love the knitting community the way they support one another and I’m eternally thankful for my knitting gang The York Knitwits, we are a fantastic bunch and i so look forward to an amazing 2017 with you guys. 

So that’s it, the presents are wrapped Santa’s coffee cake is baked, mince pies have already been consumed by the bucketload and buddy the elf has Left Bea his parting Christmas eve gift.
